Company-issued AI agents

Give your team AI the way
you gave them laptops.
One each. Company-managed.

Your people already use AI: on personal accounts you can’t see, with company data you can’t govern, building know-how you don’t keep. Sontara issues each of them a real working agent instead: theirs to use, yours to manage.

The plush pi mascot, wearing an ID badge, hands a small laptop to the excited muppet pi mascot, new equipment on day one

Issue agents like equipment.

Step 1

Build your plan

Pick a plan, then add seats — one agent each. One card, one bill, live math on the calculator.

Step 2

People get their agent

Each teammate signs in and meets an agent that's theirs to use, walled off from everyone else's.

Step 3

You stay in charge

See activity, set who can do what, and when someone leaves, their access ends. The work stays.

Three teammates. Three separate machines.

Every agent gets its own machine, its own keys, its own memory. Marketing’s agent has never met Finance’s. These are the live specs.

One agent per person, walled off

Sarah's agent can't see Tom's work. Each agent runs on its own dedicated infrastructure. Nothing shared between teammates, by architecture, not by a setting.

See what AI does on company time

Every agent's activity (what it worked on, what tools it used, what it produced) in one dashboard. And every employee sees a banner saying so. Oversight, not surveillance.

When someone leaves, the work stays

Their access ends that day, provably. The agent and everything it learned stays with the company, like their mailbox always has. It was doing company work; it's company property.

Rules you set once

Approval limits, tool limits, monthly budgets: per person or org-wide. Your team gets real working agents; you decide how far they can go on their own.

Why IT signs off.

Personal accounts & shared bots

  • Company data pasted into accounts you can’t see
  • Everyone’s data in one shared tenant
  • Separation is a filter in someone’s code
  • When someone leaves, their AI history leaves with them

Sontara for teams

  • Each agent: its own service account
  • Its own bucket + its own secrets
  • Separation is the infrastructure, not the code
  • Offboarding: access revoked same-day, the work stays yours

Runs on Google Cloud (Vertex AI). Your data is never used to train any model. Data-processing terms available for review.

Teams from $499/month.

Team $499 (5 seats, 15,000 credits) · Team Pro $1,199 (10 seats, 40,000 credits). Extra seats $99 and $79. Credits pool across the team, a shared team agent comes free, and annual pays for 10 months.

The questions IT will ask.

Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Sontara runs on Google Cloud's Vertex AI, and your data is never used to train any model. Data-processing terms are available for review.
Can employees' agents see each other's work?
No. Every agent runs on its own infrastructure: own identity, own storage, own secrets. Teammates collaborate by sending messages each person approves, never by shared access.
What happens when someone leaves?
You remove them from the team and their access ends that day. Their agent and everything it produced stays with your company, like their mailbox always has.
Can we control what agents are allowed to do?
Yes. Approval rules decide what runs automatically versus what asks first, per person or org-wide. You can switch any member's collaboration off entirely.
How does billing work?
One card, one monthly (or annual) bill through Stripe. Add or remove seats any time; cancel any time. No per-seat surprises.

Start with one memory.
