Open your dashboard, click your profile in the top right, and choose “Manage subscription.” You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. If you signed up via the iOS app, your subscription is web-managed at sontara.ai, not through the App Store.
Email support@sontara.ai from the address tied to your account with the subject Delete my account. We’ll confirm, then permanently delete your account, your agent’s instance, all chat history, and all stored files within 30 days. Per our Privacy Policy, anonymized usage totals may be retained for billing reconciliation.
If “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” isn’t completing, try these in order:
Per-user agents go idle when not in use to save resources, and start again automatically when you send a message. The first message after an idle period can take a few seconds longer than usual. If it’s been more than 30 seconds and you see no response, refresh the page or restart the app. If the problem persists, send us the agent name and a timestamp at support@sontara.ai.
Voice mode uses your device’s built-in speech recognition (Apple’s SFSpeechRecognizer on iOS) to convert your speech into text. The resulting text is sent to your agent the same way a typed message would be. We do not store raw audio — only the recognized text, which lives in your conversation history.
