The guide
How to talk to your Sontara.
You don’t have to learn how. Five things worth knowing before your first message — none of them technical.
- 01
Say it the way you'd say it to a person.
There is no format and no magic words. “Order flowers for my mom, same as last year.” “Move my 3pm to tomorrow morning.” “I want to finish my degree but I work nights and I don’t know where to start.” If you can text a friend, you can do this.
- 02
Tell it about your life, not just the task.
This is the part people get backwards. What makes a Sontara useful isn’t the perfect request — it’s how well it knows you. That’s why its second message is usually questions: your shifts, your kids, your deadline, what’s in the way. The more it knows, the more precise it gets. Answer in a sentence or two and watch what comes back.
- 03
It remembers. You say things once.
Tomorrow it still knows your schedule, the name of your manager, the thing you said you were nervous about. You never re-explain. Over weeks it stops feeling like a tool and starts feeling like someone who’s been paying attention — because it has.
- 04
It asks before anything big.
It drafts, finds, fills in, and schedules on its own. Anything it can’t take back — sending, submitting, spending, deleting — it stops and asks. One word from you is the whole approval. You are never surprised by what it did while you were away.
- 05
Your seventh message.
Here’s the shape of a first conversation. You say what you’re after. It asks about you. It hands you a map you didn’t have. Around the fourth message you start asking “wait — can it also…?” and the answer is yes. It starts doing. You say yes. And by the seventh message, something you’ve been putting off for months is done — and it remembers all of it tomorrow.
